3)Orchid Beach Club - This is one of the newest additions to Lido Key. These 2 buildings and 54 units were finished in 2005. It offers easy beach access, large terraces, big windows and tons of amenities. The building on the beach all face west and offer spectacular beach and water views. The bayfront building faces east providing lovely views of Lido Key, Bird Key and the downtown Sarasota skyline. This is one of the more popular Sarasota FL real estate options.
4) Terrace East - This is great spot if you want to be within walking distance to the beach as well as Siesta Key village. You don't need a car if you own a place here. You can walk out your front door and be dining or drinking in Siesta Key village within minutes. Siesta Key beach is also within 100 yards of Terrace East. Views from these units are fantastic.
5)Siesta Gulf View - All of the 59 units in this Siesta Key condo complex offer great views. Located on the north end of the island and directly on Siesta Key beach this 1980 built complex is a great place to live in or own a vacation property.
